About

Amy serves as the Director of Craft Curriculum Compliance & Instructor Development. Her role strengthens how we deliver craft curriculum to all enrolled apprentices, whether member apprentices or those in our sponsored program, by providing greater support for instructor development and classroom delivery.

In this role, Amy focuses on

the curriculum being delivered, instructional methods and classroom delivery, lesson planning support, classroom management strategies and ensuring consistency and compliance with our standards.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in education from SUNY Oneonta and a master’s degree in Curriculum Development/Instructional Technology from SUNY Albany. Before joining us, she worked at Oneonta Job Corps for over 18 years, serving as an academic instructor for 10 years and as the trade manager for eight years.
