Greenauer Development Inc., founded in 1972, has evolved from primarily a paving contractor into a full scale site development company servicing Western New York. We now provide site preparation for the commercial construction industry and the installation of infrastructure for the development of residential building lots. With over 200 pieces of construction equipment and an aggressive work force, Greenauer Development concentrates on earthwork, asphalt paving, underground utilities, trucking, and snow removal.
